Are you a skilled professional looking for a challenging role in finance and sales? Do you have a strong understanding of mortgage lending processes and industry regulations? We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker Assistant to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting mortgage brokers with loan application preparation, submission, and follow-up. This will include collecting, verifying, and managing required documentation from clients, liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure timely loan processing, tracking loan applications through to settlement, and providing updates to all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously. Proficiency in using CRM systems, loan submission platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite is also essential.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker Assistant (senior level preferred)
  • Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes, lender requirements, and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, loan submission platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
