Senior Audio Visual Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team.
- Prepare accurate and competitive proposals for audio-visual projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications.
- Develop bids for projects, from basic Sonos setups to high-end AV systems with automated shades.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure project feasibility and profitability.
- Perform cost estimations for labor, materials, and equipment to support bidding processes.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to clarify project requirements and timelines.
- Stay informed on industry trends to enhance proposal quality and competitiveness.
- A Bachelor's degree in the related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in project estimation, proposal writing, and bidding processes.
- Experience in audio-visual systems, including Sonos and complex AV setups with automated shades (training provided if needed).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and project management software.
- Full-time position available.
