Project Manager for Audio-Visual Projects

The role involves managing proposals and bidding processes for audio-visual projects. A skilled Project Manager will be responsible for crafting detailed proposals and bids for projects ranging from simple Sonos installations to complex systems with automated shades.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft accurate and competitive proposals for audio-visual projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications
  • Develop bids for projects, from basic Sonos setups to high-end AV systems with automated shades
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure project feasibility and profitability
  • Perform cost estimations for labor, materials, and equipment to support bidding processes
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to clarify project requirements and timelines
  • Stay informed on industry trends to enhance proposal quality and competitiveness

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in project estimation, proposal writing, and bidding processes
  • Experience in audio-visual systems, including Sonos and complex AV setups with automated shades (training provided if needed)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and project management software
