About the role
We are seeking an experienced Installer to join our team at Alto Audio Design Center. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the professional installation of high-quality audio equipment, ensuring the optimal performance and seamless integration of our products for our valued clients in Iloilo Western Visayas.
What you'll be doing
- Carefully unpack, inspect, and prepare audio equipment for installation
- Install speakers, amplifiers, receivers, and other components following manufacturer specifications and industry best practices
- Ensure all connections are secure and properly grounded
- Test and calibrate installed systems to verify optimal performance
- Provide thorough end-user demonstrations and training on the proper operation of the installed equipment
- Maintain a clean and organised work area throughout the installation process
- Liaise with clients to address any post-installation questions or concerns
- Support the sales team by providing technical expertise and recommendations
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an Installer or Audio Technician, preferably within the Maintenance & Handyperson Services industry
- Strong working knowledge of audio equipment and installation techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and provide thorough demonstrations
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
