This role involves working as a software developer with expertise in Salesforce, specifically with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and OmniStudio. The individual will be responsible for building proof of concepts, enhancing out-of-the-box LWCs and OmniStudio components, and troubleshooting complex issues related to these technologies.

The selected candidate will work closely with a team of senior architects and developers who have extensive experience with Salesforce Industries. They will be expected to communicate effectively with customers, explain the outputs of their work through demos, and ensure that the solutions provided meet the required standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript, Web Components, NodeJS, Jest, Webpack, TypeScript, and API-first model for web components is essential. Experience with software development methodologies, including design, analysis, debugging, QA, and best practices, is also necessary.

  • Salesforce Expertise: A strong understanding of Salesforce platforms, including Apex, Data Model (custom objects, fields, etc.), Triggers, Flows, Integrations (REST/SOAP), and Asynchronous Apex, is crucial. Familiarity with Salesforce Industries, Industries CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, Industries Order Management, and Revenue Cloud is highly desirable.

  • Soft Skills: Good communication skills, a motivated attitude to learn new technologies, self-drive, and ability to work remotely are essential for this role.
