Job Description

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin, you'll be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure effective campaign execution, data integration, and user enablement. You'll serve as the primary system administrator, supporting strategic initiatives and daily operational needs across Marketing Cloud Connect and Engagement.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator
• Strong knowledge of Email/Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
• Experience with SQL, AMPscript, and Marketing Cloud data structure
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Connect and Salesforce CRM integration
• Understanding of deliverability best practices and compliance requirements
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification strongly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Your Daily Tasks

• Manage and configure Marketing Cloud features based on strategic initiatives, business requirements, and product roadmap
• Support integration with Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate data synchronization and segmentation
• Administer user access, roles, and security within Marketing Cloud
• Partner with Marketing Teams to design, build, and execute campaigns, ensuring best practices in deliverability, personalization, and compliance
• Monitor and troubleshoot campaign execution, automation failures, and integration issues
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (as applicable)
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry's best practices and standards
• Provide training and support for Marketing users
