Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Automation Specialist to join our project focused on transforming the agent experience through automation and AI-driven insights.

This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and be part of a high-impact project that will drive business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, with expertise in Service Cloud implementation, Apex programming, and Lightning Web Components.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud, implementing Enhanced Chat functionality, and developing features using Apex and LWC.

You will also collaborate with stakeholders to ensure user-friendly experiences and optimized workflows, and work closely with the integration team to integrate Data Cloud with external data sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud for case management via email, chat, and web forms
  • Implement and support Enhanced Chat functionality
  • Develop and deploy features using Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Jobs, Services, Utilities)
  • Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows to support business processes
  • Collaborate on the integration of Data Cloud with external Data Warehouses to surface customer data
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation
  • Proficient in Apex, including Triggers, Classes (Controllers, Services, Batch, Utilities)
  • Experience in developing Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Hands-on experience with Flows for process automation
