Business Process Optimization Specialist

Our organization requires a Business Process Optimization Specialist to collaborate with the Finance department as part of the Enterprise Applications team. The role involves guiding process enhancements, automations, system integrations, and system administration with a focus on improving financial operations.

This position demands a strong understanding of financial processes and the ability to leverage technology to drive efficiency and growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with finance and payroll/payment team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Work with the Enterprise Applications team to ensure changes align with overall business objectives and technology strategies.
  • Assist in the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of SaaS technologies to support financial operations.
  • Prepare documentation to ensure stakeholders understand changes, systems, and processes related to financial technology.
  • Project manage change initiatives to achieve optimal results.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to financial systems and implement solutions.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience administering and/or implementing SaaS technologies.
  • Strong understanding of core financial processes.
  • Experience operating in a consultative role to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders within finance.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, JSON, and systems integration principles.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application to finance.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset.
