About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the customer service team at access healthcare as a Medical Allied Graduate | CSR Healthcare. In this full-time role based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support to our healthcare clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to inbound calls and emails from clients in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
  3. Updating and maintaining accurate customer records and information
  4. Providing general administrative support to the customer service team
  5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. A degree in a medical allied field or a related discipline
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  4. Proficiency in using computer software and technology
  5. A proactive and customer-focused attitude
  6. Fluency in English and the local language
