Job Description

As a TikTok Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing TikTok affiliate marketing campaigns, driving revenue growth through partnerships, and optimizing influencer relationships on the platform.

  • Manage and execute TikTok affiliate programs to maximize engagement and revenue.
  • Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners to create and promote affiliate links, ensuring that affiliate content aligns with TikTok trends.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with new TikTok influencers and affiliate partners.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Affiliate Program Management
    • Lead the management and execution of TikTok affiliate programs.
    • Collaborate with influencers and affiliate partners to create and promote affiliate links.
    • Identify and onboard new TikTok influencers and affiliate partners.
  • Campaign Strategy & Optimization
    • Develop strategies for driving affiliate sales through TikTok.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize efforts and deliver results.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve affiliate content performance and increase ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with the social media, content, and creative teams to ensure TikTok affiliate content aligns with brand goals.
    • Partner with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, including tracking links and promo codes.
  • Data-Driven Reporting
    • Track, report, and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate affiliate program success.
    • Deliver regular reports on campaign performance, influencer engagement, and affiliate revenue.
  • Compliance & Best Practices
    • Ensure all affiliate content follows TikTok's community guidelines and legal requirements.
    • Stay updated with TikTok's evolving platform rules and affiliate marketing trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing or Digital Marketing (preferably with a focus on TikTok or Social Media Platforms).
  • Required Skills: Understanding of TikTok's Platform and Trends, Ability to Analyze Data and make informed decisions based on Key Metrics, Affiliate Marketing Tools and Platforms, Stakeholder Management.
  • Soft Skills: Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Interpersonal Relationships Skills, Organizational Skills.
