Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to extract key billing and revenue data from contracts, navigate multiple systems, and ensure accurate and timely invoicing based on contractual terms.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience handling contracts, billings, and invoicing, as well as the ability to read customer contracts and pull key billings & revenue data from contracts.

They should also possess quick learning ability for CRM & billing systems, hands-on experience using Salesforce and other billing platforms, and be detailed-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extracting key billing and revenue data from contracts.
  • Navigating multiple systems, including Salesforce and our billing platform.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing based on contractual terms.
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies between contract details and billing records.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and clients to clarify billing details and resolve disputes.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience handling contracts, billings, and invoicing.
  • Ability to read customer contracts and pull key billings & revenue data from contracts.
  • Quick learning ability for CRM & billing systems.
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce and other billing platforms.
