Expert Biller

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end billing function, including the accurate setup and maintenance of customer records, agreements, and invoicing in line with company standards.

As a Billing Specialist, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient processes, compliance with policies, and timely communication with stakeholders. You will also assist in streamlining the billing workflows and generating reports for management.

• Process and issue accurate invoices in line with company policies and client agreements
• Reconcile billing data and ensure timely payment processing
• Support multi-region billing operations
• Manage customer accounts and agreements using billing systems
• Generate monthly and ad hoc invoices, credit notes, and handle billing inquiries and discrepancies
• Create and maintain contracts for products, services, and solutions
• Cross-functionally work with sales, finance, and customer service teams

The ideal candidate has experience in an MSP environment and excels in the following areas:

• Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in Accounts Receivable
• Proven experience in international billing operations
• Proficiency in Xero accounting software
• Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, and reconciliation processes
• Excellent attention to detail, numeracy, and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
