Summary of Role

Based in our Bonifacio Global City office, we are seeking a highly motivated Contracts Delivery Manager to lead the execution of our legal managed services projects. This is a highly visible role where you will orchestrate the day-to-day operations of a global team of contract analysts in Manila and India. Your mission is to ensure the seamless, on-time, and high-quality delivery of our services, acting as the key link between our clients' needs and our team's world-class execution.

Your Impact & What You'll Do

You are the conductor of our delivery orchestra, ensuring every part works in harmony to create an exceptional client experience. Your leadership will directly impact client satisfaction, retention, and our reputation for excellence.

  • Orchestrate Project Excellence: Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of legal managed services projects. You will manage timelines, allocate resources, and monitor performance to ensure we deliver world-class results for our global clients.

  • Lead and Develop a Global Team: Mentor and guide a growing team of contract analysts and legal operations professionals across Manila and India. You will foster a culture of collaboration, coach junior team members, and help scale our delivery talent.

  • Serve as a Key Client Partner: Act as a primary point of contact for client delivery teams, providing clear, proactive updates and expertly managing expectations. You'll build trust by ensuring a seamless and transparent delivery experience.

  • Drive Operational Improvement: Go beyond the status quo. You will actively contribute to enhancing our workflows, adopting new legal technologies, and improving our overall operational efficiency to build a truly scalable delivery model.
