As a senior associate, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with complex information across multiple stakeholders. This includes designing and implementing Business Intelligence dashboards that present data in a meaningful and actionable framework.

You will interpret employee data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends in data. Additionally, you will serve as the domain expert for recruitment data and analytics, perform data quality reviews, and work on scheduled and adhoc HR onboarding metrics dashboard and report requirements.

Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive employee data with discretion is also essential. Improving operational efficiencies by identifying opportunities for automation and developing templates is also a key responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience in MIS, 5-7 years of hands-on experience working on the onboarding end-to-end process, and hands-on experience to perform and produce analytics.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. The ability to manage compliance and audit-related activities is also essential.
