The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on management experience, capable of driving operational excellence across two dynamic industries. Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a

General Manager or in a senior leadership role

  • Background in both Construction and F&B operations is required
  • Strong understanding of business management, project oversight, and service operations
  • Excellent leadership, financial acumen, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple business units Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of both construction and F&B divisions
  • Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational development
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure profitability across both sectors
