Remote Executive Assistant Opportunity

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are seeking a highly organized, well-established and detail-oriented remote executive assistant to join our team.

This role will involve performing high-level administrative tasks, including managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multi-task, prioritize work under pressure and complete tasks within deadlines. They should also have good communication skills and be able to provide comprehensive administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a complex and busy schedule
  • Performing planning, logistics and operations work
  • Providing administrative support in various capacities
  • Coordinate individual and group travel
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion
  • Provide data entry, assist with project completion, event/meeting planning, filing, mail handling and processing correspondence
  • Organize meetings and summits from start to finish
  • Phone call screening, correspondence and document preparation, bill payment, record keeping
  • Various errands as needed
  • Manage personal action items, to-do lists and follow up on status updates
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant preferably in a BPO setting
  • Excellent command of English
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask

Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and headset. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects; move objects from place to place; hold onto objects; and move or exert force up to 40 pounds.
