Senior Software Developer Position

This role is for an experienced and highly skilled software developer who can lead our team in designing, developing, and implementing complex software systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product owners to identify and prioritize requirements, ensuring that software solutions meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain software architecture, including system design and review.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide coaching to developers to ensure high-quality coding standards.
  • Perform comprehensive code audits in client projects or investments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle ad-hoc complex technical matters related to coding, DevOps, and other areas.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of the development team.
  • Assist in recruitment activities, such as reviewing exam results and participating in interviews.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest frameworks, technologies, and industry trends.
Required Skills:
  • Expert-level knowledge of Node.js and React.
  • Extensive experience working with RDBMs (Relational Database Management Systems) like MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL.
  • Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, along with a good understanding of DevOps principles.
