Job Description

The Software Developer is responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. This role involves writing clean and efficient code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the quality and performance of software systems. The developer will also contribute to technical documentation and participate in code reviews and architectural discussions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and test software applications based on project requirements.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using appropriate programming languages and frameworks.
  • Develop secure APIs and reusable components following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with team leads, project managers, and QA teams to define and refine functional specifications.
  • Participate in QA and UAT sessions to ensure software quality.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation including code comments, technical documents, and user manuals.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and best practices in software development.
  • Report progress and blockers to team leads and suggest solutions or alternatives.

Qualifications:
  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in software development using .NET

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle (requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., GIT, SVN).
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to write high-quality, efficient, and secure code.

Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Set-Up: ONSITE

Location: Davao

Shift: MTW- 6AM-8PM and Th-F - 8AM-5PM
