Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team, supporting a .NET/C# multi-tenant SaaS software platform hosted in Microsoft Azure.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in infrastructure as code, continuous integration and deployment, containerization, and cloud management. Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure is highly valued.

  • Responsibilities include:
    • Incident Response and Troubleshooting: Respond to alerts, investigate issues, and identify root causes to ensure system stability.
    • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and manage infrastructure using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to automate provisioning and management.
    • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, including configuration, automation, and monitoring, to facilitate fast and reliable software releases.
    • Containerization and Orchestration: Utilize Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes to containerize applications and scale efficiently.
    • Cloud Management: Manage cloud resources on Azure, optimizing cost, security, and performance.
    • Monitoring and Logging: Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure availability, performance, and security of systems and applications.
    • Security and Compliance: Collaborate with the security team to implement best practices for security, compliance, and vulnerability management.
    • Scripting and Automation: Write scripts and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to understand underlying requirements and implement infrastructure support.
    • Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for infrastructure and processes.
