Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Project Lead to manage and oversee software development projects from planning to implementation.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing software development teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, dependencies, and required resources.
  • Team Management: Manage and lead the software development team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to complete their work efficiently.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and ensure effective budget management.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communication: Communicate regularly with stakeholders, team members, and external partners to keep them informed about project progress and issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that the software developed meets the required quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in software project management.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira workflows.
  • Experience with automation rules and AI-based task/reporting tools.
  • Basic scripting/API familiarity is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
A Plus If You Have
  • Start-up experience.
  • Knowledge of software development technologies like AngularJS, Node.js, AWS, and Flutter.
