Marketing Assistant Role

We're a remote team of experts seeking an accomplished marketing virtual assistant to join our operations. This role offers the opportunity to utilize your exceptional organizational and analytical skills, as well as your passion for innovative marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns through social media, email marketing, pay-per-click advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Manage and maintain email marketing campaigns using industry-leading platforms like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic business decisions
  • Create and distribute regular marketing reports to track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Assist in creating engaging content for various channels, including blogs, newsletters, and advertisements
  • Manage and maintain digital assets and marketing materials to ensure consistency across all channels
  • Support paid advertising efforts through Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Manage calendars efficiently to schedule appointments, meetings, and deadlines using tools such as Google Calendar or Calendly
  • Handle email management, ensuring timely responses and resolving any issues promptly
  • Update project management tools to reflect progress, tasks, and due dates, utilizing tools like Asana, Trello, or ClickUp
  • Perform data entry and conduct thorough research to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to drive successful projects forward
  • Provide administrative support and assistance as needed, focusing on efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a virtual assistant, with a focus on marketing management and remote work
  • Proven experience in email marketing, campaign management, and content planning
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools – preferred but not required
  • Strong skills in project management software, such as Asana, Trello, or ClickUp
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong general business support skills, including administrative assistance, calendar management, email handling, basic documentation, and reporting
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with project management software, proficiency in designing engaging content, and knowledge of social media marketing strategies.
