Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Product Operations Analyst.

The successful candidate will be responsible for researching tasks in a proprietary platform to automate healthcare administration processes. The ideal candidate should be meticulous, proficient in working with electronic medical record systems, and prepared to work on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automating data entry into various EMRs as part of R&D efforts.
  • Completing Workflow Tasks using scripts, information from the Clients' Workflow Queue, Customer EHRs and portals, knowledge base articles, artifacts, or assistance from the Production Operations team.
  • Reviewing and updating knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with electronic medical record systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Cerner, Epic, eCW, Allscripts, and/or Athena is highly valued.
