As our pioneering AI Automation Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming manual services into automated workflows using agent-driven technologies. This entails creating tools that can handle intricate tasks without human intervention.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our CTO to identify areas for improvement, measure return on investment (ROI), and define success metrics for our projects.
  • Develop and ship AI-first utilities or integrate them into our existing products, tracking their impact and performance.
  • Debug front-end, back-end, and infrastructure code when agents malfunction, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data, with zero tolerance for security regressions or vulnerabilities.
  • Experiment with cutting-edge models, frameworks, and agent designs, monitoring their performance and refining them as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in developing and shipping Software as a Service (SaaS) products.
  • Production experience with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) systems, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
  • Able to rapidly prototype features, delivering results within hours rather than days.
  • A strong background in automation, with previous work that demonstrated measurable business value.
  • A security-focused mindset, with experience handling sensitive data and protecting against potential threats.
  • Self-motivated and committed to continuous learning, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest AI developments.
