HR Reporting and Automation Professional

The HR Reporting and Automation Specialist will be joining our team to build capabilities in reporting and process automation. The successful candidate is expected to ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality reports, maintain the data warehouse, and develop automated solutions for various HR processes.

About This Role
  • Timely Delivery of Reports: On-time delivery of existing reports and collaboration with various HR stakeholders for new report requests or changes in requirements.
  • Quality Checks: Routine quality checks on reports produced and resolution of any issues found with data or production process (escalation to manager whenever necessary).
  • Data Warehouse Maintenance: Partnership with IT in the development and maintenance of our HR reporting data warehouse.
  • Automated Solutions Development: Assistance in the development of automated solutions for our HR processes using state-of-the-art tools.
  • Integration of New Technologies: Pioneer the integration of new technologies to HR, such as Robotic Process Automation and AI.
  • Compliance: Compliance with company policies around data privacy, security, and retention.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Graduate Studies: Graduate of any technical course (IT, Engineering, Math, or Statistics).
  • Automation Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in automation using Pathfinder, Python, UIPath, or other RPA platforms in the market.
  • Data Warehouse Expertise: Data warehouse experience in Snowflake or using SQL is required.
  • Reporting Experience: Reporting experience from any HR systems (Success Factors) or Power BI is an advantage.
  • MS Office Skills: Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Able to facilitate meetings and consultations with key stakeholders in HR.
  • Critical Thinking: Self-starter, resourceful, critical thinker, and strong attention to detail.
