Automation Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Process Optimizer who will play a pivotal role in streamlining our operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on automating processes, connecting systems, and enhancing team productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design workflows, and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using n8n, ensuring efficient and reliable execution across multiple business systems.
- Integrate and synchronize Airtable, Microsoft ecosystem tools, JIRA, Basecamp, and other SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation flows.
The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who can connect the dots across platforms. They are passionate about process optimization and always looking for smarter, faster ways to work. Our team member should be resourceful and self-starter, with the mindset of 'I'll figure it out.'

Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement cross-platform automations that integrate n8n, Airtable, Microsoft Power Automate/Power Query, and various APIs (JIRA, Basecamp, and others).
- Develop and manage Power Automate flows and Power Query transformations to streamline data handling, reporting, and operational dashboards.
- Create and manage API integrations with project management, CRM, and communication tools to eliminate manual work.
Maintain clear documentation for all automations and provide training or guidance to ensure solutions are sustainable.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business processes into automated workflows. Excellent written and verbal communication for documenting workflows and collaborating across teams.
We are seeking a proactive, self-driven individual with minimal supervision requirements. A flexible and adaptable attitude towards new platforms and tools is required as the automation landscape evolves.
