Financial Leadership Role

The Financial Manager will serve as a strategic business partner to the organization and play a critical dual role within the financial team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the month-end closing process, analyze general ledger accounts, and provide insights on significant variances.
  • Prepare internal financial reports, assist in variance analysis, and contribute to the improvement of financial reporting packages.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain the integrity of financial data.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of required tax forms and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for external audits.
  • Identify and lead initiatives to streamline accounting processes, collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows and reporting capabilities, and assist with ERP system optimization and procedures documentation.

The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with strong accounting expertise and business acumen, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of responsibilities with a mindset of continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA certification or active progress toward CPA is a plus.
  • 4+ years of accounting experience, with hands-on experience in month-end close, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
  • Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
