Finance Manager Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager with experience in the hospitality industry to join our organization in Manila City.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Manage the hotel's budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the hotel's overall business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a finance management role within the hospitality industry.

Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.

Proficient in the use of financial and accounting software, such as ERP systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
