Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of short- and long-term rental properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rental Property Management: Manage all aspects of short-term rental property operations, including maintenance coordination, guest satisfaction, marketing, and compliance with local laws.
  • Long-Term Rental Operations: Oversee long-term rental property operations, tenant relations, lease pricing, property showings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Lead recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding.
  • Financial Management: Prepare financial statements and reports; perform financial analysis; ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
  • Investment Acquisition: Identify and acquire profitable real estate investments through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Business Development: Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies, and conducting market research.
  • Administrative Support: Perform administrative duties such as organizing records, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and events, and supporting management and staff.
