We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our properties.

  • Collect, verify, and maintain accurate property information and records using digital tools such as Google Sheets.
  • Manage tenant communications and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone or email.
  • Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repairs with external vendors.
  • Prepare and manage leases, forms, and notices using Google Forms and Docs.
  • Track rent payments, late fees, and lease renewals using spreadsheets and databases.
  • Maintain organized digital records via Google Drive and Sheets.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant housing laws and regulations by staying up-to-date on industry standards.
  • Support property marketing and tenant onboarding processes by providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property management, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. They will also be proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive, Gmail, Calendar) and have good communication and problem-solving skills. We offer weekly pay and an easy hiring process.

This is a remote work opportunity, and the successful candidate will be able to excel in this role with minimal supervision.
