The role of an Account Manager/Order Fulfillment Manager is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of customer orders. In this position, you will be responsible for reviewing incoming orders, coordinating fulfillment with vendors, and overseeing key customer accounts on the platform.

This involves prioritizing vendor-side account management, managing high-value client accounts, and maintaining accuracy across order details and documentation. You will also be responsible for communicating with clients via email or Slack as needed and handling escalations related to delays or product issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, edit, and process orders placed on the platform
  • Route orders to appropriate vendors and oversee fulfillment workflows
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Resolve issues and escalate concerns when necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-4 years experience in account/project/order management for Promotional Products/Branded Merchandise
  • B2B account management expertise
  • Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Prior experience in merchandise, supply chain, or production strongly preferred
  • Proficient in basic platforms/tools such as Google Workspace and Slack
