Job Title: Influencer Outreach Specialist

The role of an Influencer Outreach Specialist is pivotal in the success of our brand. This position plays a key part in building and maintaining relationships with influencers and user-generated content creators to promote our values and aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Recruit suitable influencers and UGC creators on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who align with our brand values and aesthetics.
  • Guide Creators to produce high-quality content that effectively showcases our products and benefits.
  • Collaborate with social media management teams to monitor and reply to comments, fostering meaningful interactions and building brand loyalty.
  • Manage Collaborations through Shopify by ensuring timely execution of collaborations and maintaining clear communication with influencers.
  • Track Metrics such as engagement and reach to evaluate campaign success and optimize future strategies.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in influencer/UGC outreach and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Shopify processes.
  • Knowledge of partnerships via platforms like Impact.com is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
  • Passion for skincare, beauty, and staying up-to-date with digital trends.
