Order Fulfillment Specialist

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in handling order processing activities, ensuring seamless software and hardware fulfillment.
You will work closely with the sales team to build quotes and process orders in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include developing a thorough understanding of the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, managing subscription order fulfillment utilizing Zuora, and guaranteeing accuracy of transactions for consistent revenue reporting.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement tools and processes for accurate, timely, and compliant order fulfillment transactions
- Work closely with internal groups to identify and execute on efficiency gains
- Be a trusted advisor to the sales team and partner with Finance, Billing support, and Sales Operations on order management
- At least 3 years related experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales process (bookings, billings and reporting)
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment
