Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience in administrative, operations, or scheduling roles supporting U.S.-based teams.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple calendars and priorities.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in scheduling and communication tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Zoom, Slack, Calendly).
  • Time Zone Flexibility: Ability to work in U.S. business hours, including some flexibility in time zones.
  • Professionalism: Professionalism, discretion, and a client-focused mindset.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in healthcare, law, or service-based industries is preferred.
