- Patient Management: Maintain accurate records of patient appointments, medical needs, and preferences.
- Collaboration: Work with home care teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
- Problem Solving: Address scheduling conflicts or issues as they arise, finding solutions that meet patient and provider needs.
- Record Keeping: Input and update patient information in the scheduling system with precision and attention to detail.
- 1-2 years of experience in scheduling and coordination within a healthcare or home care service.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
