Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role in project management. As the Director of Project Excellence, you will be responsible for driving project success across multiple initiatives.

Your primary focus will be on embedding project control and governance within the organization, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, providing support and guidance to project teams and championing best practices throughout the business.

A key aspect of this role will be to identify and develop initiatives that improve project delivery, such as process improvements, training programs, and technology enhancements.

To achieve this, you will analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making, leading cross-functional teams to implement changes and drive results.

With a proven track record of managing large-scale projects and portfolios, you will have a deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Enterprise PMO solutions.

A bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is required, with a master's degree being advantageous.

You will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, and a PMP certification is essential.

Experience managing a portfolio of concurrent projects with combined budgets exceeding PHP 50M is also highly desirable.
