
Regional Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the development of our territories, driving growth and success in this exciting role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating effective channel programs, owning the channel calendar and performance standards, and providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Create channel programs that meet sales targets
- Owning the channel calendar & bible/performance standards as tools to enable sales to deliver targets
- Provide Channel POVs in inter-departmental collaboration
- Total end-to-end project owner of channel programs (from planning to execution)
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Field Execution, and other key stakeholders to ensure channel projects are planned, executed, and monitored properly all for the goal of target delivery
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with financial industry trends and innovations
