Job Qualifications

Job Description
  • Transaction Coordination: Support and coordinate international transactions with regional teams in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Tokyo. Conduct market research and assist in proposal and lease document reviews. Manage internal documentation for accounts.
  • Marketing & Business Development: Assist in preparing marketing materials to promote the GOS brand and capabilities. Contribute to RFP submissions. Participate in activities to identify and convert new client opportunities.
  • Communication & Meetings: Attend regional client account calls and internal team meetings. Provide regular transaction updates to all stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support: Handle and track day-to-day tasks such as invoicing and document management.
