Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to fill the role of Regional Marketing Manager. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing complex marketing programs that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer advocacy.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of regional market dynamics, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be able to design and implement targeted marketing strategies that meet business objectives and drive growth.

This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about marketing and committed to delivering exceptional results.

  • Design and execute complex marketing programs
  • Analyze regional market trends and develop targeted marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
Key ResponsibilitiesRegional Insights & Analytics
  • Drive regional dashboarding, brand health tracking, and deep dives to determine key action plans
  • Facilitate, advise, communicate, and lead customer insights and global trends spotting specific to the region
Regional Strategy & Execution
  • Lead and evaluate the total prepaid regional business, strategy, and program development to grow both Broadband Postpaid and Prepaid in the regions
  • Drive execution of the said strategies in a timely manner to grow loaders and attract switchers
Regional Marketing & Micro Market Execution
  • Evaluate regional translation of Broadband Postpaid and Prepaid Brand propositions and national brand programs
  • Manage brand equity and imagery of Globe At Home ensuring cut through and relevance of messaging in each region
  • Execute and ensure alignment of key micromarket programs in the region
Talent Building
  • Develop personal training plan to further brand skills based on baseline performance
  • Undertake performance management activities to ensure delivery of goals and behavior is aligned with LCs and LAs
