Nityo Infotech Philippines Services is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading large-scale projects, specifically Core banking solutions for Secured and Unsecured Loans in Retail and Commercial banking.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Program Manager with 15+ years of relevant experience to take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects, managing cross-functional teams, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale Core banking projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance and direction to ensure effective project execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and mitigate risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in program management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects, specifically Core banking solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits
