About the role
Power Mac Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fixed Asset Manager to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time position, this role is critical in managing and maintaining our company's fixed assets, ensuring accurate reporting and efficient use of resources. You will play a key part in supporting the overall financial health and operational excellence of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of all fixed assets, including property and equipment

  • Manage the fixed asset register, including recording additions, disposals, and depreciation

  • Ensure accurate and timely fixed asset reporting, aligning with accounting standards and internal policies

  • Conduct regular physical inventories and reconciliations to maintain the integrity of fixed asset records

  • Provide support and guidance to cross-functional teams on fixed asset management

  • Identify opportunities to optimise fixed asset utilisation and recommend improvements

  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports related to fixed assets

  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in fixed asset management, preferably in the retail or technology industry

  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles, fixed asset accounting, and depreciation methods

  • Proficient in the use of fixed asset management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies

  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
