Job Title: Asset Growth Specialist

The primary role of an Asset Growth Specialist is to manage and optimize the collection process to ensure efficient revenue generation for the organization.

  • Craft and execute strategies to boost collections and enhance cash flow;
  • Lead a team of collectors and oversee their activities to guarantee timely and accurate billing and collections processes;
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collection process;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of and adhere to collection policies and procedures;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activity.
