About the Role

As a seasoned proposal leader, you will play a pivotal part in driving business growth and expansion. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting compelling sales proposals that showcase our value proposition to clients.

  • You will lead the development of sales proposals and presentations, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Your responsibilities will include analyzing requests for proposals (RFPs), contributing to bid strategy and win themes, developing the proposal plan and outline, and completing proposals with attention to thoroughness, accuracy, quality, and layout.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the work of integrated pursuit teams, assessing solicitation requirements, and maintaining close working relationships with stakeholders to generate proposals and presentations.

You will also be involved in defining win strategies, themes, discriminators, key messages, and other pertinent proposal content, as well as managing and communicating proposal development and production schedules.

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3-5 years of experience leading the proposal response process, preferably in a business process outsourcing (BPO) environment. Strong industry knowledge, excellent communication and research skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and subject matter experts.
  • Lead the development of high-quality sales proposals and presentations that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Analyze RFPs and contribute to bid strategy and win themes.
  • Develop proposal plans and outlines, and complete proposals with attention to detail and quality.
  • Coordinate the work of integrated pursuit teams and assess solicitation requirements.
  • Maintain close working relationships with stakeholders to generate proposals and presentations.
  • Define win strategies, themes, discriminators, key messages, and other pertinent proposal content.
  • Manage and communicate proposal development and production schedules.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience leading the proposal response process, preferably in a BPO environment.
  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of the contact center world.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, research, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Responsive (bid management application) is a plus but not required.
