Job Opportunity: Proposal Expert

We are seeking a skilled proposal expert to join our team and contribute to the development of global services proposals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong proposal building expertise, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.

In this role, you will collaborate with solution architects and services sales teams to understand scope and opportunity, effectively interact with customers to identify functional scope before bid estimation, and create services proposals to implement Infor solutions globally.

You will also be responsible for ongoing enhancement of estimation tools, methodologies, and templates, maintaining content in identified repositories for efficient bid creation, and communicating with internal clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage global services proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposal accuracy and timeliness
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
  • Proposal building expertise
