Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled HR professional who excels in an fast-paced environment. This role will support administrative tasks and people operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for staff members when they have questions about schedules, time off, or compensation
  • Coordinate coverage during PTO, sick leave, or call-offs
  • Log and enter PTO, track attendance, and manage staff schedules
  • Prepare and submit payroll data through our platform (biweekly)
  • Assist staff in tracking and ordering office supplies
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to our team for assistance, while including leadership

Business and Sales Support

  • Track key client renewal dates and prepare employer reports

Conduct outreach for failed payments, missing registration items, or incomplete forms

General Admin Support

  • Assist with job postings and interview scheduling
  • Respond to routine internal or external inquiries
  • Help document and maintain internal SOPs
  • Be accessible via phone, email, and text during business hours
Qualifications
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Must have experience supporting U.S.-based companies in healthcare or operations
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving problems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage internal team dynamics professionally
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Canva, and basic CRM tools, healthcare records, and billing software
