This role is focused on delivering client implementations, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication. Key responsibilities include configuring and training clients on relevant tools, maintaining multi-call cadences to verify setup accuracy and resolve questions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead client onboarding sessions via Zoom calls to configure and train clients on agent commissions & split structures, recruiting tool integrations, automation and reporting features, and troubleshooting issues.
- Maintain a multi-call cadence with clients to verify setup, confirm accuracy, and resolve questions.
- Shadow, learn, and progressively take ownership of client calls and implementations after training.
- Days 1-30: Focus on the recruiting tool, its functionality, use cases, and troubleshooting basics.
- Days 30-60: Transition into the Backoffice Accounting tool, learning its functionality, use cases, and troubleshooting basics.
- Begin shadowing calls with clients, moving into independent implementation and training sessions.
- Experience in accounting or back-office operations.
- QuickBooks training.
- Strong technical skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Strong client-facing communication skills (Zoom calls are required).
- Ability to explain complex processes in clear terms.
- Comfort with long-term client relationships and multi-step implementations.
