Senior Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to process bookings, coordinate customer orders with overseas agents, and deliver excellent service.
- Process import bookings and coordinate customer orders with overseas agents.
- Communicate with customers, service providers, airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents.
- Track shipment orders and provide status reports.
- Manage job invoicing and processing creditor invoices.
- Arrange transportation and cartage services.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with company policies and procedures.
- Hold a degree in Customs Administration or a related field.
- Possess over 5 years of experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
- Have solid work exposure in end-to-end order processing activities.
- Be proficient in using Cargowise, ICS, and Excel software.
- Work from home on a permanent basis (terms and conditions apply).
- Receive HMO and life insurance coverage on the first day of employment.
- Be willing to work various shifts (AM, mid-shift, night shift).
- Have access to internet allowance and a company-provided PC.
