Job Title: Medical Assistant Compliance

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented medical assistant to join our team as a compliance officer. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the compliance team member in maintaining the most current laws, procedures, and guidelines for all assigned states.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of college education and experience in a medical practice dealing with billing. They must also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the compliance team member in researching and summarizing data related to state regulations.
  • Review and update fee schedules as required.
  • Research and respond to email queries with accurate and precise information.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of college education.
  • Experience in a medical practice dealing with billing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
