Medical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Medical Support Specialist. This role requires experience working in a medical, clinic, or hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments and follow-ups, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, clients, and partners via phone, email, or virtual reception.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting coordination with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Maintain patient records and update office databases with accuracy and care.
  • Provide administrative support to executives with document preparation, meeting notes, and task follow-ups.
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day coordination of office operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a medical, clinic, or hospital setting is required.
  • Previous experience as a Medical Scheduler, Receptionist, or Executive Assistant is essential.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/G Suite; experience with scheduling or CRM tools preferred.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and proactive mindset.
