Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.

Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results through quality control and proper documentation. Collect, label, and analyze specimens following standard procedures and safety protocols. Validate and record test findings; prepare reports for physicians.

Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering laboratory supplies as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations and laboratory policies. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.

Must be a Licensed Medical Technologist (PRC license required). Experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred but fresh board passers are welcome to apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills (shows empathy, compassion, and professionalism in dealing with different patients).

Conduct tests, analyze results, and ensure lab compliance with safety standards. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Flexible and able to work under pressure. Organized, systematic, detail-oriented, and highly motivated. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
