
Digital Campaign Specialist

This role involves leading strategy and campaigns for clients, while managing client relationships and guiding junior team members. The specialist will collaborate with account managers, copywriters, designers and the Client Strategists to develop and optimise strategies that deliver top results.

The key responsibilities include designing and executing email marketing automation targeting strategies and large-scale campaigns based on client needs and customer insights. This involves monitoring, measuring and optimising campaign performance, ensuring error-free launches and continuous improvements. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with Graphic Design, Copywriting and Project Management teams to deliver on-brand, timely and cost-effective projects. They will track, analyse and report on email KPIs, campaign outcomes and competitor activity to drive strategic recommendations. A key aspect of this role is leading client communication through regular calls and presentations, aligning strategies with business goals. Furthermore, the specialist will manage a small team, including coaching, onboarding and training new hires. They will also contribute to internal knowledge-building and service development by refining processes and updating training resources.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field. You should also have 4+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing or digital campaign execution. Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot or Mailchimp is essential. Proficiency in executing email and SMS campaigns is required, as well as basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Excel or dashboards is also necessary. Strong attention to detail for error-free campaign execution and excellent time management to meet campaign deadlines are crucial skills. Proven experience managing teams, particularly remote teams, is an advantage.
